A 50 percent – 50 percent joint venture, the company provides innovative products, systems and solutions capable of cooling and heating any application from a home to a large commercial building.

The Customer is also the sales and distribution division for the Parent company in the US, Caribbean, and Central Americas. The Customer has grown to a revenue level of approximately $1 Billion, from a modest $50 Million USD in a short time span. The Customer today is heading towards $2-3 Billion with an exponential growth rate of 30-50% YOY.
